Sub-processor List

Vezgo operates exclusively as a B2B service provider. Our clients are Enterprise Clients — developers and companies who integrate the Vezgo API into their own products. Vezgo does not have a direct relationship with our clients’ end-users. As a result, this sub-processor list includes only vendors that process personal data belonging to our clients’ end-users as part of delivering the Vezgo API services. Third parties used solely for Vezgo’s own business operations — such as billing, CRM, marketing, or internal tools — are not sub-processors under our DPA and are disclosed separately in our Privacy Policy. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in our Data Processing Agreement, and have been assessed to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures. The security practices of our sub-processors are reviewed as part of our annual SOC 2 Type II audit. A copy of our SOC 2 report is available to Enterprise Clients upon request. We provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes to this list.
