SyncError webhook

A SyncError webhook is now posted to your endpoint whenever an account fails to sync, so a broken connection surfaces without you polling for it.

Action required

None, but worth wiring up: without it, a connection that stops syncing is invisible until someone notices stale data. The JSON body schema is in the API documentation.
