KuCoin spot accounts reworked

The KuCoin connector has been rebuilt around full spot-account support.

What you get

  • Deposits, withdrawals and trades for all time, on every sync
  • Up to a year of converts, transfers between accounts, staking profits, EARN profits and subscriptions, convert-to-KCS, KCS fee payments and refunded fees

Action required

None. Note the asymmetry: deposits, withdrawals and trades reach back indefinitely, while the other types are capped at roughly a year per sync.
